Cape Cod Heat pumps made the entire process easy explaining and helping guide us with MassSave’s rebate, loans, etc. They were prompt and professional, neat and clean, each member of their team was friendly personable and polite, and for us it was a huge plus that they were great with pets. The owner and sales team checked in on progress, the team leader checked in at least in the morning and before they left for the day to make sure we had any questions answered, the entire team was knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable that we were in good hands. The staff at Solar Rising was very responsive and helpful from the bidding process through installation. Their estimate was full of useful information and easy to understand, not to mention very competitive with other local installers. They took care of all of the paperwork for permits and SRECs. The guys who came to install the panels did a very professional job, both on the roof, and in the house, where they took care to not scuff up any of the interior surfaces. I had a 5.69 kW system installed with Sunpower panels. I couldn’t be happier with the performance of these panels, and the SRECs I’ve generated with them.
