Solar Rising installed solar on our home a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. Our experience with Cape Cod Heat Pumps was absolutely THE BEST experience we have ever had with any service professionals. The entire process from our initial request for information through installation was above and beyond! Cape Cod Heat pumps made the entire process easy explaining and helping guide us with MassSave’s rebate, loans, etc. They were prompt and professional, neat and clean, each member of their team was friendly personable and polite, and for us it was a huge plus that they were great with pets. The owner and sales team checked in on progress, the team leader checked in at least in the morning and before they left for the day to make sure we had any questions answered, the entire team was knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable that we were in good hands.
